Shipping Policy:

We ship from Honolulu, Hawaii, United States by USPS or UPS. Typical package handling only takes 1 business day at our warehouse, so please make sure you have entered the correct payment and shipping information before checking out. Once your payment is completed, we will not be able to accept any more changes to your order.
Items will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.
All items shipped out will have a tracking number, and that tracking number will be provided to you through email.
Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
International Orders: The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes. Please check with your countries specific customs clearance procedures.

Return Policy:

Here at Honolulu Glow, our clients’ satisfaction is extremely important even when it comes to returns & replacements. In the unlikely event that a customer chooses to return any of our product, it needs to be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF RECEIPT. Any purchase that is returned over 30 days will not be accepted.

Product returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a prior issued RMA# (Return Materials Authorization). Any product that is returned in an unsaleable condition will be discarded and no refund for that returned product will be issued. The product that is accepted by our staff as saleable will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. .

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Honolulu Glow LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address for an order.
